Schaeffler India Limited posted a strong performance in the third quarter of 2025, with revenue from operations climbing 13.9% year-on-year to Rs 2,360.1 crore, compared to Rs 2,072.8 crore in Q3 2024. The company also registered a sequential growth of 3.4% over the previous quarter.
Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at Rs 306.7 crore, marking a 16.6% increase from Rs 247.1 crore recorded in the same period last year. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, PAT grew by 6.4% from Rs 296.2 crore in Q2 2025. The PAT margin improved to 13.0% in Q3 2025, compared to 11.9% in Q3 2024.
The company's EBITDA (before exceptional items) reached Rs 476 crore, up 20.2% year-on-year from Rs 382.8 crore. EBITDA margin expanded to 20.2% from 18.5% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, driven by volume gains and better fixed cost absorption.
For the nine-month period ending September 2025, Schaeffler India's total revenue stood at Rs 6,752.3 crore, representing a 12.7% growth over Rs 5,994 crore in the same period last year. The nine-month PAT came in at Rs 868.3 crore, up from Rs 728.3 crore in 9M 2024.
The company generated free cash flow of Rs 223.2 crore in Q3 2025, a significant improvement from Rs 100.2 crore in the year-ago quarter. For the nine-month period, free cash flow surged to Rs 747.1 crore compared to Rs 61.1 crore in the previous year.

The Bearings and Industrial Solutions division launched large-size spherical roller bearings and cast steel housings during the quarter, strengthening its localization commitment. The company also won new business for slewing rings in the off-road segment and secured nominations for roller and ball screws in industrial applications.
Capital expenditure for Q3 2025 was Rs 84.3 crore, bringing the nine-month capex to Rs 267 crore. Working capital as a percentage of sales stood at 19.0% for the nine-month period, marginally lower than 19.8% in the same period last year.
On a consolidated basis, which includes subsidiary KRSV Innovative Auto Solutions Private Limited, Schaeffler India's Q3 2025 revenue was Rs 2,434.6 crore with an EBITDA margin of 19.1%.
