Leapmotor A10 SUV revealed
Stellantis-backed Leapmotor brand will showcase the A10 SUV to the general public at the Gunazhou motor show later this week.
The Leapmotor A10 compact SUV with electric power has been revealed ahead of its public debut at next week’s Guangzhou motor show. The Leapmotor A10 sits below the popular B10 mid-size electric SUV that was revealed earlier.
The Leapmotor A10 has been designed as a city SUV with chunky proportions blended with smooth surfacing along with its distinct styling cues. The A10 gets a wraparound greenhouse reminiscent of Citroën’s latest design theme replete with subtle body cladding, and darkened LED lighting elements. It will come with five spoke alloy wheels in higher variants. A roof-mounted lidar sensor and visible side sensors suggest the A10 will offer a comprehensive driver-assistance suite, potentially more advanced than some of its rivals.

Measuring around 4,200–4,300mm in length, the A10 fits squarely within the small SUV segment. Leapmotor describes it as a “smart, premium, long-range SUV”, suggesting efficiency and advanced connectivity will be key selling points. While technical specifications remain under wraps, the A10 is expected to be smaller and less powerful than the B10, which uses a 215bhp rear-mounted motor and a 67.1kWh LFP battery for a range of 600 plus km.
The interior has yet to be revealed, but it’s expected to follow Leapmotor’s minimalist design approach, featuring a large central touchscreen (around 14.6 inches), a clean dashboard layout, and efficient space utilization thanks to its dedicated born-EV platform. The A10 will soon be joined by a closely related A05 five-door city hatchback, due in 2026. Both are planned for European markets, joining Leapmotor’s expanding range that already includes the T03 city car, B05 hatchback, B10 sedan, and C10 SUV.
Globally, Leapmotor continues its rapid growth — delivering 395,516 vehicles between January and September 2025, a 129% year-on-year increase, and surpassing the one-million cumulative sales mark. October marked the brand’s sixth consecutive record month, with 70,289 units sold.
Earlier this year, parent Stellantis announced India entry for the Leapmotor brand. First Leapmotor models in India are expected to be a compact hatchback and a midsize SUV.
