NueGo, GreenCell Mobility's renowned electric bus service brand, has announced the expansion of its services to encompass the Delhi-Shimla route.
Devndra Chawla, MD and CEO, GreenCell Mobility expressed, "Shimla is a popular tourist destination, and we are dedicated to offering travelers a comfortable and environmentally friendly method to visit this hill station."
"This growth is in line with NueGo's objective to provide commuters across the country with convenient, dependable, and environmentally friendly transportation options”, Chawla added.
NueGo electric coaches can run 250 kilometers on a single charge, with the air conditioners on, in traffic conditions, claims the press release. NueGo coaches go through 25 stringent safety checks including mechanical and electrical inspections.
